Laundry Room
Laundry rooms are another (often overlooked) work horse of a home. If you have the space, there are ways to make it more organized, maximize the storage, and increase functionality. Here are some things to think about when building or remodeling your laundry room: Where do you store your dirty laundry, and how many baskets do you use? Do you like to hang items to dry? Do you need a space to fold? Do you iron?
Laundry rooms can also be a place to store the pet bowls and their food, a litterbox, a kennel/crate, the "junk drawer", as well as other miscellaneous items that every home has - spare light bulbs, batteries, extension cords, etc etc.
Offices
More and more people are working from home these days, and need a dedicated space away from the rest of the household activities.
